Welcome to Ora Studio ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, purchasing coins, or building a storybook, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Coins & Purchases

Ora Studio operates on a Coin Economy. You purchase coins with real currency through our supported payment gateways.

  • Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded once purchased, unless strictly required by law.
  • Coins are deducted from your balance only when you approve the generation of a storybook.

3. AI Service & Likeness Disclaimer (Important)

As-Is Service: Our illustrations and stories are generated by advanced Artificial Intelligence models. While we provide tools for you to include reference photos to inspire character generation, we cannot guarantee an exact physical likeness.

Unpredictability: AI interpretation of art styles, features, and text is inherently subjective and occasionally unpredictable. Minor anomalies, varying artistic interpretations, or deviations from your expected vision are normal and part of the generative AI experience.

No Liability: By using this service, you acknowledge that all generated assets are provided "AS-IS". You agree that we are not liable for any subjective dissatisfaction, nor are you entitled to a refund or legal claim based on the AI failing to produce a 100% accurate representation or likeness of a person.

4. User Content

You are responsible for any names, photos, and prompts you input into our system. Do not upload offensive, explicit, or legally protected material for which you do not have the rights.

5. Copyright & Ownership

Once a storybook is successfully finalized and saved to your account, you are granted a license to use the final images and text for your own personal, non-commercial use.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any accounts that violate these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent transactions, or abuse our generative engine.
